Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva catches Lewis with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Dwayne Lewis has been cut.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Lewis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A slow jab from Lewis misses its intended target.
Silva tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Lewis counters with a nice body shot.
Lewis connects with a nice looking jab.
Silva takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Silva tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lewis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva lands a nice hook to Lewis's body. Lewis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Lewis drops Silva with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Silva looks back up at him and smiles so Lewis waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Silva throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lewis sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Silva moves into the clinch.
Lewis misses with a hook from the clinch.
Lewis swings wildly with an uppercut but Silva uses good head movement to avoid it.
Silva lands an elbow inside that Lewis shrugs off.
Lewis throws a punch but it's blocked by Silva.

Lewis tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Silva just misses with a elbow thrown towards Lewis's brow.

Silva is rocked!
Lewis dips a shoulder and cracks Silva with a mighty uppercut! Silva falls back against the cage and Lewis unloads with a barrage of strikes! Silva is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lewis screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dwayne Lewis!
