Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Graig Prince (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Gustafson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander Gustafson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Graig Prince's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafson throws the left hand but Prince avoids the punch easily.
Gustafson misses with a wild body shot.

Prince has taken the fight to the clinch.

Prince pulls guard.
Gustafson passes Prince's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Prince is defending against the submission attempts here by Gustafson.
Gustafson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Prince with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prince keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Gustafson is nestled in close to Prince, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Gustafson winds up and cracks Prince with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Gustafson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Gustafson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Gustafson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Prince doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gustafson.
Gustafson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Prince is looking to improve his position.

Prince manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Gustafson keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Gustafson tries for a takedown. No joy.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Prince effectively controlling the action here.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Prince for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
Gustafson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Prince is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Prince pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gustafson throws a body kick that misses
and Prince cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Gustafson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Prince did well to prevent Gustafson getting side control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gustafson throws a head kick that misses.
It looked like Prince was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Gustafson.

Prince stuns Gustafson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Gustafson has Prince up against the cage in a clinch.

Prince breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Gustafson has hold of one of Prince's legs. Prince is fighting the takedown attempt but Gustafson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Gustafson stands up over Prince, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Prince is rocked!
Gustafson gets to his feet and stands over Prince, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Prince felt that one! Gustafson unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Prince from any more punishment!
