Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lino Nunes!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rugowski lands a head kick. Nunes smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
A head kick misses from Nunes.
Nunes looks to land a combination but Rugowski avoids it well.
Rugowski misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A punch combination from Nunes misses.
Nunes throws a predictable looking body shot
and Rugowski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nunes misses with a body shot.
Nunes walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rugowski checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nunes looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nunes thows a leg kick but Rugowski checks it
and Rugowski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Lino Nunes has been cut.
Rugowski lands a nice looking body shot.
Rugowski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rugowski throws a head kick that misses.
A jab lands there for Rugowski.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nunes throws a hook to the side of Rugowski's head but Rugowski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rugowski lunges at Nunes with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nunes's hand.
Nunes throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rugowski was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Rugowski changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Rugowski feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nunes sprawling to the canvas! Nunes rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rugowski finish him?!

Nunes is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nunes gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Rugowski points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Nunes wakes up just in time to hear Rugowski thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
