Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ahmad Doni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raquel Juarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Raquel Juarez enters the cage!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Raquel Juarez!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doni decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Juarez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Juarez.
Doni throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Juarez works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Doni decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Juarez, up you get!
Juarez has a takedown stuffed.

Doni shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Doni has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Juarez works to full guard.
Doni is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Doni postures up and lands a big shot to Juarez's brow.

Juarez has his foot on Doni's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Doni works his way back into a safe position though.

Juarez is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Doni tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Juarez manages to move to mount!

Doni is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Juarez moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Doni has worked his arm free - good work by Doni!

Juarez is working to tighten his grip on Doni's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Doni has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Juarez is really squeezing tight and eventually Doni passes out! Juarez breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
