Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexei Surov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Palahnuik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Surov comes to the cage accompanied by Amphetamines. Palahnuik has chosen Machine Civilization as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palahnuik uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Surov.
Surov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Surov shoots in and gets a takedown into Palahnuik's guard.
Surov loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Palahnuik holds on and takes a little breather.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Surov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Palahnuik swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Surov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Palahnuik gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Surov can't keep his opponent in guard - Palahnuik advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Palahnuik is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Surov regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Palahnuik.
Palahnuik postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

BOOM! Palahnuik lands a beautiful left hook that drops Surov. Surov tries to recover but Palahnuik is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Surov lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
