Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David McDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Dann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dann tries to keep at a distance but McDonald has taken the fight into the clinch.
McDonald misses with a short punch on the inside.
McDonald tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dann just stands there and leans against the cage.
McDonald tries a knee to the head but Dann blocks it.

Dann decides to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dann throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
McDonald trying to control the position from guard on top but Dann is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dann pulls McDonald in to control the position.

Dann really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McDonald. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
McDonald looking to sit in guard and control but Dann gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

McDonald is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dann rolls with it to try and escape but McDonald cranks on the arm and Dann is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
