Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Corvette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Ramrod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corvette comes into the arena with Pulp Fiction Theme blaring out of the sound system. Jeff Ramrod has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nathan Corvette's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Corvette moves into the clinch successfully.
Ramrod blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Ramrod dodges an elbow strike from Corvette.

Corvette tries to break the clinch but Ramrod is controlling the position.

Corvette has Ramrod pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Corvette pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Ramrod tumbling to the mat - Corvette dives into Ramrod's guard.

Ramrod manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Corvette is looking to clinch.
Corvette slips under a jab from Ramrod.
Ramrod throws a jab but it's blocked by Corvette.
Ramrod keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Corvette wants to clinch up but Ramrod keeps it at a distance.
Ramrod thuds his right hand into Corvette's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Nathan Corvette has been cut.

Corvette darts in and clinches Ramrod up against the cage.

Corvette doesn't manage to clinch there - Ramrod circles away.

Ramrod lands a jab to the nose.
Ramrod misses with a hook. Corvette ducked under it nicely.
Corvette looks up at the clock. Bad move! Ramrod lands a right hand from hell, dropping Corvette. Ramrod pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
