Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Ryan Giggs and Jimmy Dickinson. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Jimmy Dickinson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Dickinson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Giggs as he jumps to the side.
Dickinson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Giggs's waist but Giggs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dickinson off to one side.
Giggs moves into the clinch.
Dickinson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Giggs to keep the fight standing.
Ryan Giggs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Dickinson.

Giggs can't keep his opponent in guard - Dickinson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
