Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Montey McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clay Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Daniel Franklin and Michael Johnstone.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCracken darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
McCracken connects with a crisp jab.

Stevenson rushes McCracken and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Stevenson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McCracken lands with a straight right. Stevenson didn't see that one coming.
McCracken digs a good body shot into Stevenson's ribs.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts McCracken, as that shot connected.
Stevenson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McCracken manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Stevenson closes the distance but McCracken moves to the side
letting McCracken counter with a right hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and McCracken counters with a lovely straight right hand!
McCracken with a body punch. A glancing blow.
McCracken lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Stevenson tries to clinch but McCracken is having none of it.
Montey McCracken seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stevenson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Stevenson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Stevenson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Stevenson closes the distance but McCracken moves to the side
and McCracken counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Stevenson is still on wobbly legs! Can McCracken finish him?
and McCracken counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Stevenson! He's just covering up as McCracken starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
