The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Jordan throws a jab when Hika was well out of range.
A swing and a miss from Jordan.
Jordan works the jab nicely.
Hika has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jordan.
Hika takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Hika connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jordan's hands.
Jordan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jordan throws a jab but it's blocked by Hika.
Jordan throws a low kick, looking for Hika's leg but Hika calmly moves out of range.
Jordan throws a lazy body kick
and Hika counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hika throws a sloppy body shot
and Jordan counters with a nice uppercut.
Joe Jordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jordan takes one on the button.
Hika takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hika rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jordan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jordan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hika connects with a body shot that sends Jordan's belly button to the back.
Jordan looks to score with a jab to the body but Hika is just out of range.
Jordan throws an off balance right hand

and Hika counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hika lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jordan backwards.
Jordan tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Jordan breaks the clinch.
Jordan lands a jab.

It looks like Hongi Hika has been cut.
Hika misses with a body shot.
Jordan ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hika throws a shot from downtown. Jordan moves away and avoids it.
Jordan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jordan lands with a kick to the ribs.
Jordan drops Hika with a huge uppercut! Hika drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Jordan is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
