Everidge comes to the cage accompanied by No Problem - Chance the Rapper. McFukur has chosen Riddin round with yo bitch as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFukur dodges the punch combination from Everidge.
McFukur feints the counter takedown.
McFukur has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McFukur there as he acknowledges the shot.
We've been told by Everidge's head coaches at Rabid Dog that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

McFukur is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Everidge is looking to improve his position.

McFukur seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Everidge tries to get to full guard but McFukur has control of the leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McFukur is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Everidge is just riding it out for now. McFukur eventually gives up the hold.
