The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berg shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Umbu pinned against the cage. Umbu gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Umbu gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Umbu lands a shoulder strike.
Berg is looking to break free of the clinch but Umbu has double underhooks.

Berg is looking to take a break and control but Umbu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Berg in side control lands a decent elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Berg advances to mount.
Berg lands a couple of good shots and Umbu has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Umbu covers up after that shot from Berg.

Umbu is covering up but some of the strikes from Berg are getting through and doing damage.
