Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Connor Hartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlos Gracie is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie has a takedown stuffed.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Gracie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hartman defends it nicely.
Connor Hartman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Gracie.
No luck for Hartman with that takedown attempt.
Hartman misses with a takedown attempt
and Gracie counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Hartman wants to get back to his feet but Gracie passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie is looking for a kimura here.
Hartman is not content to let Gracie control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hartman doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gracie.
Gracie looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Gracie is trying for a kimura here. Hartman looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Gracie wins by kimura!
