The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gordon isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mcdowell stacks Gordon on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mcdowell!

Mcdowell loads up on a big left hand. Gordon felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Mcdowell looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Gordon can't hide his disappointment, as Mcdowell celebrates the victory.
