Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arman Alizad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alizad has chosen Gortoz A Ran - J'attends as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dennis Sims could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Arman Alizad's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sims closes this distance looking for a takedown but Alizad circles away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

and Alizad counters with a nice low kick that buckles Sims's knee momentarily.
Alizad throws a right hand that Sims ducks under and follows up with a left that Sims also avoids with ease.
Nice uppercut lands for Alizad. That snapped Sims's head back.

and Alizad makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Alizad looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Alizad! Sims is out on his feet! Alizad rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Sims is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Sims is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Arman Alizad!
