The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chol Hyon looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Burgess has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Chol Hyon is on him like a limpet, forcing Burgess back against the cage.

Chol Hyon has picked Burgess up - he's going for a ride! Chol Hyon dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Burgess manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Chol Hyon keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Chol Hyon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Burgess looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Burgess escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chol Hyon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
