The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mackenzie explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Mackenzie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mackenzie off to one side.

Mackenzie goes for a takedown in the clinch but Silva prevents it.
Silva wants to break free but Mackenzie has control.

Mackenzie is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Silva with him. Silva is trying to defend but Mackenzie has an arm under the chin now! Silva grimaces and is forced to tap out!
