Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikel Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximo Bonini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Ben Watson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page gets a takedown into half guard.
Page is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bonini defends it well.
Bonini tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Bonini is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Page is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bonini is just riding it out for now. Page eventually gives up the hold.
Page sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Bonini defending well though.
Bonini really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Page. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Page changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bonini looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Well Page has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
