Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rock Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymun Redbeard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machine's entrance music is Hell Yeah. A fine choice. Raymun Redbeard is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Redbeard's coach down at Winds of Winter was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Redbeard's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Redbeard attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Redbeard closes the distance and clinches.
Machine scores with a hook to the body.

Redbeard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Redbeard cracks Machine with an open hand slap.
Redbeard stalks Machine and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Machine's face. Machine staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Rock Machine has been cut.

Machine clinches with his opponent.

Redbeard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Redbeard takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Redbeard takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Machine moves out of range of the leg kick from Redbeard.
Machine tries to bum rush Redbeard with a series of wild strikes but Redbeard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Redbeard fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Machine, pushing him back against the cage.

Redbeard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Machine moves away.

Redbeard throws a combination. Machine tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Redbeard throws a series of punches but Machine moves out of range.
Redbeard lands a jab-cross combination.

Redbeard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Redbeard throws the left hand but Machine avoids the punch easily.

Machine shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Redbeard's guard.

Machine is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Redbeard is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Machine works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Redbeard is trying to get back to full guard.
Redbeard is refusing to be controlled, as Machine sits in half guard.
Machine is controlling the pace.
We've been hearing good reports from Machine's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Redbeard is looking to improve his position.
Redbeard landing small, sideways elbows.
Machine stalling.
Redbeard is looking for a sweep. Machine is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Machine stalling away here and it's allowed Redbeard to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Machine passes Redbeard's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Redbeard wants to improve his position but Machine is controlling well.
Redbeard is trying to stand back up but Machine is controlling him
Redbeard tries to roll over but Machine keeps him under control.
Redbeard pushes Machine off looking to stand but Machine dives back in and keeps control.
Redbeard is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Machine seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Redbeard does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Redbeard looks to land a right hand but Machine moved out of range.
Redbeard tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Machine is able to avoid easily.

Rock Machine is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Redbeard scores with a decent looking hook.
Machine walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Machine moves out of range as Redbeard strikes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Machine throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Redbeard tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Machine is in Redbeard's guard.

Redbeard has his feet on Machine's thighs here. He's pushed Machine off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Machine screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
