And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Justin White!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Filipovic.
The fight stays on the outside here - White looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Filipovic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
White is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Filipovic lands a glancing blow to the side of White's head.

Remus Filipovic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin White.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Filipovic misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Filipovic enables White to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Filipovic manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

It looks like Remus Filipovic has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. White connects with a nice short shot to Filipovic's temple.

White has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Filipovic defend it? White steps over the head and cranks it - Filipovic is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for White!
