Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arden Carter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cepth Nemorcid!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Summer Carpenter and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nemorcid tries to clinch up.

and Carter counters with a body kick that stops Nemorcid in his tracks momentarily.
Nemorcid misses with a hook
and Carter counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Nemorcid blocking the ground and pound attempt from Carter.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carter wants to get back to his feet.
Carter prevents Nemorcid from standing back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nemorcid tries to roll over but Carter keeps him under control.

Carter is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Nemorcid defends it well.
Nemorcid is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Carter pulls his head out easily.
Nemorcid is trying to control but can't.
Carter wants to stand but Nemorcid has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Carter scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Nemorcid wants to improve his position but Carter is controlling well.
Carter throwing shots but Nemorcid is blocking nicely.
Nemorcid works his way to full guard. Good work.
Nemorcid wriggles free and stands up.
Nemorcid closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Carter tries to kick Nemorcid off in order to stand up. Nemorcid Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Nemorcid taking a breather here.
Nemorcid is trying to get an arm triangle but Carter is defending well.
Carter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nemorcid on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nemorcid is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Carter looks calm but he's in trouble here. Nemorcid gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Carter is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Nemorcid lets go of the hold and Carter can pop his arm back in it's socket.
