Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Gall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wade Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Glen Gall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wade Wallace!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gall misses with a takedown attempt - Wallace sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Wallace moves into the clinch.

Wallace breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wallace fails with the takedown.
Wallace avoids the body shot from Gall.

Wallace fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gall has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Gall jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Gall just leaning against Wallace, taking a breather.
Gall jumps guard but Wallace stands there with Gall around his waist. Gall gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Wallace jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gall walks away with a smile on his face. Wallace gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Gall looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wallace is fending him off so far but Gall persists. Nope, Wallace circles away and we're back to standing.

Gall has his hands on Wallace's head, controlling the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Wallace wants to control the position but Gall says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Wallace tries to score a body lock takedown but Gall shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Wallace manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Wallace drags the fight down to the ground.

Wallace manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gall manages to get himself to full guard.

Wallace postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Wallace stands and throws Gall's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Gall is trying to control Wallace's posture but Wallace avoids it.
Gall is trying to get back to half guard.

Gall is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Wallace is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
