Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chin Hwa Wu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spider Rico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spider Rico told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chin Hwa Wu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Spider Rico!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico moves into the clinch.
Rico blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Wu fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Rico is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Wu to keep the fight standing.
Wu misses with the head strike.
Rico gets control of Wu's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rico will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rico is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Wu frees his head nicely. Oh but Rico has switched to an armbar! Wu is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
