The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Logan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Burns sprawls well initially but Logan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Logan is looking to take a break and control but Burns is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Logan wants to pass the guard but Burns is defending well.
Logan is working hard here to advance position.
Burns has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Logan is working away from the top position though.

Logan gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Burns pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Logan blocks a head kick by Burns.
Burns misses with a head kick.
Logan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Burns is looking to score with low kicks.
Logan tries for a takedown but Burns sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Burns tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Burns misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Burns looks gassed!
Logan tries to clinch up.

Logan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Logan has hold of Burns's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Burns seems comfortable defending it but Logan has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Burns is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Burns is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Logan couldn't care less - he's delighted!
