Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vance Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Withers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kennedy kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is H-U-S-T-L-E by Murs. Withers has chosen Snap your fingers snap your neck as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Withers closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kennedy to the mat! Kennedy manages to get full guard.
Kennedy keeping full guard, as Withers tries to pass.
Kennedy throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Kennedy is looking for a triangle here but Withers uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Kennedy is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Kennedy manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Kennedy manages to get to full guard.

Kennedy is looking for a triangle but Withers pushes his legs off easily.
Kennedy lands a decent punch to the body there.
Withers passes into half guard.

Withers winds up and cracks Kennedy with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Withers looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Withers passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kennedy!
Withers postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kennedy looks a forlorn figure.

It looks like Vance Kennedy has been cut.
Kennedy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Kennedy is in all sorts of trouble here.
Withers connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
