A fine choice. Chuck Lesnar could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bon Bones's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chuck Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bon Bones!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Francis DeMontford and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bones takes the fight into the clinch.
Bones misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Lesnar.
Bones avoids a wild elbow strike from Lesnar.
Lesnar gets through Bones's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Lesnar managing to block the knees to the body from Bones.
Lesnar prevents a body shot from Bones.
Lesnar lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bones backwards.
Lesnar leaning his opponent against the cage.
Lesnar lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bones backwards.
Lesnar misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nice body punch from Lesnar - that landed with a thud.
Lesnar misses with a punch to the body.
Lesnar is trying to force a seperation but Bones has the dominant position.
Bones tries to pull guard but Lesnar holds him up against the cage and eventually Bones drops back down to his feet.
Bones blocks an elbow strike.
Bones told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bones is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Bones is working for takedown but Lesnar is calmly controlling the position for now.
Lesnar misses with a body punch.
Bones struggles to land a body shot inside as Lesnar controls his hands.
Lesnar pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Lesnar lands a shoulder strike.

Bones ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bones no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Bones pushes Lesnar off and scrambles back to his feet.
Jab, jab by Lesnar - just one landing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar cracks Bones with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Bones tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Lesnar pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bones is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chuck Lesnar!
Chuck Lesnar decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
In defeat, Bon Bones stepped up to the mic, saying 'Still da champ doe.'.
