Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Deluxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buck Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has chosen Cannibal Corpes - Hammer smashed face as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown's coach down at Next Gen MMA (Only Elite coaches) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Brown's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Johnny Deluxe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buck Brown.
Deluxe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Deluxe wants it to stay on the feet.
It looked like Deluxe was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Deluxe escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brown gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Deluxe has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brown can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Deluxe wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Brown is now in half guard.

Brown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Deluxe has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brown has managed to get both his arms back between Deluxe's legs - danger averted.

Deluxe working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brown doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brown manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Deluxe is looking to cinch up a triangle. Brown throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Deluxe's body to avoid the submission. Deluxe has instead reached around Brown's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Deluxe arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

After winning the bout, Johnny Deluxe thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
