Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Disyphlan Lovelair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammed Qissi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mohammed Qissi!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Steve Montenegro and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Qissi shoots for a double leg takedown but Lovelair sprawls well. He's pushed Qissi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Lovelair has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lovelair throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Qissi blocks it with crossed arms.

Qissi has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lovelair uses from the top position.
Lovelair postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Lovelair has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Qissi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Qissi is pulling down on Lovelair's head to control his posture.
Qissi lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Qissi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lovelair's guard.

Qissi lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Qissi wants to free his trapped foot but Lovelair is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Lovelair tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Qissi has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Qissi is landing with some decent strikes but Lovelair is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
