The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hintai scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
McDickerson with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Hintai lands the left hand.
McDickerson throws an overhand right that lands on Hintai's shoulder, as Hintai tries to avoid the shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hintai looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
McDickerson appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Hintai pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A quick step to the side and McDickerson tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Youmi Hintai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hintai misses with a combination
enabling McDickerson to counter with a crisp jab.
McDickerson scores with a nice right hand.
Hintai moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and McDickerson counters with a big right hand! Oh Hintai is in trouble here! McDickerson follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
