Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between James McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Dekkers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James McCarthy had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. James McCarthy has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Nice body kick from Dekkers.
Dekkers feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to McCarthy's calf.
We've been informed that Dekkers has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Dekkers creates a bit of space and fires a knee right up the middle, almost lifting McCarthy off his feet and sending him crashing to the canvas! McCarthy is trying to get back to his feet but his equilibrium is completely gone! The referee has called it off! This fight is over! Dekkers is jumping up and down like a mad man, celebrating with his cornermen.
