Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tron Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nintendo Takada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the ring accompanied by Angry Tronny. Tron Jones has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones moves into range and clinches up with Takada.
Takada wants to get back to striking at distance but Jones won't allow it.
Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Takada smiles and moves away.
A jab from Takada misses.
Jones tries to clinch but Takada is having none of it.
Takada rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Takada misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Takada.
Takada tries to land a front kick but Jones steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Nice jab there from Takada.

Jones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Takada is fending him off so far but Jones persists. Nope, Takada circles away and we're back to standing.
Takada lands with a nice combination. Jones backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Tron Jones has been cut.
Jones wants to clinch up but Takada keeps it at a distance.
Jones tries to clinch but Takada is having none of it.
Jones throws a head kick but Takada moves out of range.
Takada looks to land a combination but Jones avoids it well.
Jones throws an overhand right that lands on Takada's shoulder, as Takada tries to avoid the shot.

Takada gets to his feet - Jones follows without any prompting.

Takada fails to land with a series of punches.
Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Takada counters with a stiff right hand.
Jones is breathing heavily.
Takada misses with a two punch combination.
Jones tries for a takedown but Takada circles away easily
and Takada connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Takada lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Takada steps into range and cracks Jones with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Jones flops backwards and Takada dives into his guard looking to finish!

Jones is rocked!

Takada gets to his feet - Jones follows without any prompting.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nice shot lands for Takada.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jones is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Takada lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Takada throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Takada connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Takada lands with a big left! Jones is wobbled badly! Takada comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Jones to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
