The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muncher throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Raychev.
Raychev appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Muncher shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Raychev as he jumps to the side.

Muncher looking to score a takedown here. Raychev is defending well but Muncher drives through and ends up in Raychev's guard.
Muncher seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Raychev is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Muncher stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Raychev swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Muncher has hold of one of Raychev's legs. Raychev is fighting the takedown attempt but Muncher gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Raychev is trying to drag Muncher to the mat but Muncher just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Raychev jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Muncher walks away with a smile on his face. Raychev gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Muncher is trying to drag Raychev to the mat but Raychev just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Raychev is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Muncher to keep the fight standing.

Raychev jumps into guard, dragging Muncher to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Raychev can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Muncher controls the pace.
It looks like Muncher might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Muncher stands and throws Raychev's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Raychev tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Muncher wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Muncher looks to land a left hand but Raychev moved out of range nicely.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Muncher's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Muncher. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Raychev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Muncher, pushing him back against the cage.
Raychev has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Muncher after a bit of a struggle.

Muncher is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Raychev can't fight it off and eventually Muncher manages to take the fight to the floor. Raychev looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Muncher turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Muncher manages to end up in side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Muncher shoots in looking for a takedown but Raychev manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Muncher's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Scat Muncher wins by unanimous decision!
In his post fight interview, Scat Muncher started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
