The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Randomaire walks into a straight right hand from Pennis.
Pennis looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Randomaire tries to clinch
and Pennis counters with a left and a right that stings Randomaire.
Randomaire gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Pennis counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Randomaire takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Randomaire tries for a takedown but Pennis circles away easily
and Pennis counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Randomaire is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Randomaire closes the distance and pushes Pennis back into the cage.

Pennis has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Randomaire uses from the top position.

Pennis seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Pennis is looking for a triangle but Randomaire pushes his legs off easily.

Randomaire wants to get up but he can't break Pennis's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Randomaire is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Pennis doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Randomaire crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Randomaire's bad books for that mishap!
