Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nonito Donaire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yodsanan Sityodtong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donaire comes to the cage accompanied by Sia - Unstoppable. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sityodtong moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Sityodtong slips a straight right by Donaire.
Sityodtong paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Donaire uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sityodtong.
Donaire is looking to counter the offense by Sityodtong and move into the clinch.
The fighters circling - Donaire throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Sityodtong throws a looping overhand right but Donaire ducks down to avoid it.

Yodsanan Sityodtong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donaire stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Donaire wants to clinch.
Sityodtong tries to bum rush Donaire with a series of wild strikes but Donaire uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As Sityodtong tries to get set, Donaire tries to push him back and clinch up but Sityodtong manages to avoid the attempt.
Sityodtong lands a nice hook to Donaire's body. Donaire takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Sityodtong lands with a hook. Donaire tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Sityodtong lands with a straight right. Donaire didn't see that one coming.

Sityodtong cracks Donaire on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Donaire falls backwards against the cage. Sityodtong follows up with more strikes that drop Donaire to his knees. Sityodtong keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Donaire! This one is all over!

Yodsanan Sityodtong decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
