Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Android Eighteen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavior Reo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. performed live by the Boom Boom Town 8-12yr old choir---Grandma will beat y kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Android Eighteen !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xavior Reo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Reo.
Reo bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Eighteen blocks the body kick.
Eighteen looks to score with a jab to the body but Reo is just out of range.
Eighteen has a takedown stuffed.
Reo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Eighteen half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Reo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Reo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Eighteen is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Xavior Reo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Reo loads up on a big right hand but Eighteen slips the punch.
Reo throws a lazy right hand but Eighteen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Eighteen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reo is fending him off so far but Eighteen persists. Nope, Reo circles away and we're back to standing.

Xavior Reo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Reo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
