Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrej Ursic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michel Freddsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ursic looks to land a combination. Freddsson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Michel Freddsson has been cut.
Ursic tries to clinch there but Freddsson circles away.
Ursic jabs Freddsson right on the nose. Freddsson blinks but takes it well.
Ursic feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Freddsson's calf.
Ursic lands a two punch combo.
Freddsson shoots in and drives through. Ursic sprawls well.

Ursic closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ursic lands in his opponent's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ursic with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Ursic moves in looking to clinch but Freddsson pushes him off.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ursic.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ursic throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Freddsson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ursic tries to close the distance and clinch but Freddsson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Ursic counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
