Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cock Chestner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cock Chestner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andre Dixon!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Chestner has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Dixon digs a good body shot into Chestner's ribs.
Dixon moves into range and connects with a jab.
Dixon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Chestner at a distance.
Dixon throws a shot to the body.
Chestner on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Dixon lands with an overhand left.
Dixon lands a jab-cross combination.
Andre Dixon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Good exchange - Dixon coming out on top.
Chestner has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dixon finds it's way round the side to connect with Chestner's head.
Chestner looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Dixon throws a right hand that Chestner ducks under and follows up with a left that Chestner also avoids with ease.
Chestner appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Dixon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A counter left hand to the body from Chestner misses its target.
Dixon lands a nice hook to Chestner's body. Chestner takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Dixon looks to land a combination. Chestner sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Dixon scores with a jab.
Chestner with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dixon to score with a decent uppercut.
Dixon stalks Chestner and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Chestner's face. Chestner staggers backwards, shaken.
Dixon throws a series of punches but Chestner moves out of range.
Chestner takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Chestner avoids a punch combination nicely.
Chestner is looking to counter punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dixon misses with a two punch combination.
A decent looking cross lands there for Dixon.
Dixon is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Chestner had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Chestner has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dixon finds it's way round the side to connect with Chestner's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Chestner is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Dixon.
Dixon catches Chestner with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Chestner was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Chestner might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dixon, as that shot connected.

Dixon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chestner moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Andre Dixon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Dixon lands a body shot.
Dixon has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Dixon throws a nice looking combination but Chestner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Chestner appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Dixon has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Dixon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Dixon scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Chestner looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Chestner ducks right into an uppercut from Dixon.
Dixon dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dixon throws a nice looking combination but Chestner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Chestner half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Dixon bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chestner's head.
Dixon misses with a wild combination.
As Dixon tries to get set, Chestner tries to push him back and clinch up but Dixon manages to avoid the attempt.
Dixon scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Dixon scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Dixon misses with a two punch combination.
Chestner tries to counter by clinching up but Dixon breaks away and moves out of range.
Dixon connects with a body shot that sends Chestner's belly button to the back.
Nice shot lands for Dixon.
Dixon cracks Chestner with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Dixon misses with a double jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Andre Dixon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Chestner tries to counter with a takedown but Dixon is quick to defend against it.

Dixon tries to bum rush Chestner with a series of wild strikes but Chestner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Chestner closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Dixon moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Dixon scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Chestner takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Chestner counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Chestner has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Dixon regains guard immediately.

Chestner drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dixon manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Chestner has Dixon in his guard.

Chestner is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dixon rolls with it to try and escape but Chestner cranks on the arm and Dixon is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Cock Chestner!
