Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mantice Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cristiano Ronaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ronaldo has chosen Cão de Morte as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown darts in and clinches Ronaldo up against the cage.
Ronaldo is trying to pull guard but Brown turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Ronaldo wants a takedown but no success here.
Ronaldo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mantice Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo goes for a takedown attempt but Brown pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ronaldo tries to clinch up.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ronaldo.
Brown is looking to counter punch.

and Ronaldo moves into the clinch.

Brown's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown feints a jab promting Ronaldo to slip. Brown then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ronaldo slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Brown moves into range and clinches up with Ronaldo.

Brown has clasped his hands together around Ronaldo's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Ronaldo can't do much from the bottom here.
Ronaldo is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Brown tries for a kimura but Ronaldo is defending well.

Ronaldo has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Brown is working away from the top position though.

Brown looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Brown looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Brown has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Still in half guard, Brown seems content to control.
Ronaldo is trying to get back to full guard.
Brown winds up and cracks Ronaldo with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Brown seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ronaldo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Brown tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ronaldo knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Ronaldo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Brown working over Ronaldo with some ground and pound. Ronaldo looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Brown thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ronaldo's head.

Brown moves into full mount! Ronaldo won't be happy about that!

Brown pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ronaldo swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Brown counters with a crisp one two that drops Ronaldo! Brown thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ronaldo to his feet! Ronaldo is in big trouble!

Ronaldo is rocked!
Brown batters Ronaldo with a massive right followed by a huge left! Ronaldo is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Brown lands a final crushing right hand to drop Ronaldo to the mat with a gruesome thud! Brown is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
