Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Terence Robertson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fim Vrinzwal!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson tries to close the distance and clinch but Vrinzwal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vrinzwal.

Vrinzwal has Robertson up against the cage in a clinch.

Robertson gets control of Vrinzwal's arms and successfully pulls guard. Robertson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Robertson controls Vrinzwal momentarily but Vrinzwal frees himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vrinzwal is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Robertson throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Robertson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Vrinzwal clinches up against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Vrinzwal fails to land.
Robertson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Vrinzwal pulls his leg out and moves away.
Robertson moves in looking to clinch but Vrinzwal pushes him off.

Vrinzwal shoots in and bounces Robertson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Robertson is on top in guard.

Robertson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vrinzwal sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Robertson somewhat.
Fim Vrinzwal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vrinzwal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Robertson but Robertson pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Robertson lands a couple of elbows.

Robertson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Robertson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Vrinzwal manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Robertson has Vrinzwal in his guard.

Robertson will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Vrinzwal is just content to waste time from the top position. Robertson takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Fim Vrinzwal has got the better of the ground game so far.

Fim Vrinzwal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Robertson dives in for a single leg takedown but Vrinzwal sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Vrinzwal shoots in looking for a takedown but Robertson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vrinzwal's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
