Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Everett Parrish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Everett Parrish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam King!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by King or perhaps it was just good defense by Parrish, which made it look bad.
A quick step to the side and Parrish tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
King will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
King fails with the takedown
and Parrish cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Parrish bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in King's guard.

Parrish wants to get up but he can't break King's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Parrish stands and steps away. King gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Parrish tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Parrish to the ground. Parrish escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Parrish is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that King can do to turn this around?

King closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Parrish's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Sam King.
Well Parrish has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
