The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roco bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gump tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Gump is working to avoid the ground and pound but Roco connects with a decent elbow.

The strikes coming from Roco are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roco lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Gump is looking to regain half guard here but Roco keeps moving and retains side control.
