Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fausto Carsara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Cajellon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carsara cracks Cajellon with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Carsara drops Cajellon with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cajellon looks back up at him and smiles so Carsara waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Cajellon walks straight into a right hand from Carsara - that's dropped him! Carsara jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cajellon from any more punishment! Cajellon complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
