The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patel lands a lovely overhand right.

Guy closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Patel goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Guy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Patel sprawls well. Patel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Guy gets slowly back to his feet.

This Guy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Patel counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Patel fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Let's hope that Guy has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Guy wants to get back to his feet but Patel is holding on tight.
Patel has left one of his arms exposed and Guy doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Patel screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
