Kovalskii comes to the cage accompanied by Basta- Sansara. Rollins has chosen God's Gonna Cut You Down- Johnny Cash as his entrance music. Chet Rollins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chet Rollins!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovalskii moves out of range as Rollins strikes.
Rollins slaps away a takedown attempt from Kovalskii, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kovalskii misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kovalskii fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Kovalskii looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pan Kovalskii. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rollins fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kovalskii will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kovalskii sets himself, and Rollins steps forward looking for the clinch! Kovalskii avoids it this time.

Rollins closes the distance and clinches.
Kovalskii is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rollins pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Kovalskii has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rollins avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
