The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tesla closes this distance looking for a takedown but Brown circles away.
No luck for Tesla with that takedown attempt.
Tesla shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tesla was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Tesla has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Brown's face.
Brown tries to lock up and control but Tesla gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Tesla takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tesla cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Brown is desperately trying to improve his position but Tesla has a good base and remains in mount.
Brown wants to hold on but Tesla pushes him away.

Tesla tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Tesla's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Brown! Tesla is out on his feet! Brown rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Tesla is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Tesla is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
