Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between mauricio rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Easton Bauer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Easton Bauer told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Easton Bauer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bauer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bauer drops rua with a left right combo! Bauer follows him down to the ground into side control.

rua is rocked!

It looks like mauricio rua has been cut.
Bauer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with rua. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bauer cracks rua with a big right hand but rua just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Oh rua is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bauer lands a strong strike to the head of rua. That's dazed him! Bauer looking to finish here. rua is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Bauer lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
