Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ko King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin shoots in but King avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Griffin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
King works over Griffin's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Ryan Griffin has been cut.

Griffin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Griffin tries a head kick but it misses.
Griffin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling King to score with a decent uppercut.
King throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Griffin counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for King!
King really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Griffin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

King is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Griffin has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Griffin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

King is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Griffin has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
ko King is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Griffin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from King.
Griffin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ryan Griffin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
King's corner calls for a 1-2. King obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
King fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Griffin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
King keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

King cracks Griffin with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Griffin looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can King finish him?

Griffin takes a body punch but keeps moving.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
King scores with a jab to the head.
Griffin takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Oh Griffin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
King lands a nice shot that snaps Griffin's head back.
King walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Griffin drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! King swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Griffin's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
