Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Sapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Levita M (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Sapp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Levita M!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sapp keeps the fight on the outside.
Bobby Sapp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
M shoots in and drives through. Sapp sprawls well.
M avoids the body shot from Sapp.

Sapp has closed the distance and engaged M in a clinch.
M misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Sapp.
M fails to pull guard.
M looks gassed!
M tries to pull guard but Sapp holds him up against the cage and eventually M drops back down to his feet.
Bobby Sapp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Levita M.
Sapp wants to break the clinch but can't.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sapp creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sapp lands a left hand that snaps the head of M backwards.
M tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sapp smiles and moves away.
M shoots in but no luck this time.
Sapp lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends M sprawling to the canvas. Sapp follows him down, looking for the kill. Can M hang on?

M is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Sapp scores with a couple of nice shots.
Sapp seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but M does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

M wants to control but Sapp is keeping busy and won't allow it.

M moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sapp won't allow M to sweep him here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
M keeps the fight on the outside.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


M moves in looking to clinch but Sapp pushes him off.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sapp, as that shot connected.
Sapp misses with a double jab.
M swats away the attempt to clinch by Sapp.
Sapp clinches but M breaks the clinch
and M counters with a big head kick but Sapp shrugs it off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sapp looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
M drops his hands momentarily and Sapp takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
M avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Sapp clinches up with M and pushes him back against the cage.
Sapp wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Sapp prevents a takedown attempt there.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
M wants to break free but Sapp has control.
Sapp lands with a short shot to the head.
Sapp is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

M tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
M has had enough of the clinch but Sapp keeps him there for the moment.
Sapp wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

M looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sapp is fending him off so far but M persists. Nope, Sapp circles away and we're back to standing.

M wants to stall.

M prevents Sapp from breaking the clinch.
M wants to get back to striking at distance but Sapp won't allow it.

Sapp is looking to break free of the clinch but M has double underhooks.

Sapp knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for M on the ground.

M is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Sapp sizes up M with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

and M counters with a body kick that stops Sapp in his tracks momentarily.

and M counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Sapp is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Sapp wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
M has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Sapp avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

M is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Sapp.

enabling M to counter with a crisp jab.
M shoots in looking for a takedown. Sapp tries to sprawl out of it but M keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sapp manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

M uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sapp.

Sapp ducks down and throws a hook to the body but M moves away.
M changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sapp tries to avoid it but M manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sapp to the ground. Sapp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
M takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Sapp swats away the attempt to clinch by M.
Sapp tries to close the distance and clinch but M swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sapp fails with an attempt to clinch.
M misses with a takedown attempt - Sapp sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
M scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
M shoots in looking for a takedown. Sapp tries to sprawl out of it but M keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sapp manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

M goes for a takedown attempt but Sapp pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

M's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

M has Sapp pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sapp manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

M lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Sapp throws a lazy right hand but M sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
M shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sapp as he avoids it easily.
M has a takedown stuffed.
Sapp avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from M.
M scores with a shot to the body.
M looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Sapp lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Sapp tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but M paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Levita M has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sapp wants to break free but M has control.
M tries a knee to the head but Sapp blocks it.

Bobby Sapp showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Sapp has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
