Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dante Buckner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazim Kazim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dante Buckner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kazim Kazim!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kazim shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Buckner is trying to defend but Kazim finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Buckner is doing well to control the position and prevent Kazim from advancing to side control.
Kazim seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Buckner does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Buckner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Kazim stalling.

Kazim is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Buckner sees it coming and defends easily.
Buckner is trying to stand up here but Kazim is controlling him well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kazim is working for a kimura but Buckner is defending it quite comfortably.

Kazim is working for an americana but Buckner has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Kazim was thinking about the submission.

Kazim postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Buckner is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Kazim, into his guard.

Buckner is working Kazim over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Kazim has control of Buckner's left arm, preventing Buckner from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kazim wants to take a breather but Buckner is having none of it.
Kazim looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Buckner wants to control but Kazim is keeping busy.

Kazim looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kazim is trying to control the action in half guard but Buckner is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Buckner really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Kazim is trying to work for a kimura but Buckner is defending well.

Kazim is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Buckner is just riding it out for now. Kazim eventually gives up the hold.

Kazim wants to work for an arm triangle but Buckner is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Kazim is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Kazim is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Kazim goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Buckner has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kazim but great work by Buckner.

Buckner throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dante Buckner will probably get the nod.

Buckner closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kazim did well to prevent Buckner getting side control.

Kazim takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Kazim wants to advance to full mount but Buckner doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kazim accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dante Buckner.
I think Buckner has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
