Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Igor Rottwel!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Hugh Johnson and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Austin wants it to stay on the feet.
Austin thows a left - swing and a miss!
Austin throws a good cross that connects.
Rottwel tries for a takedown but Austin circles away easily
and Austin counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Austin connects with a jab.
It looks like Igor Rottwel has been cut.
Rottwel blocks a jab.
Austin connects with a single shot there.
Austin cracks Rottwel with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Rottwel tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Austin pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Rottwel is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane Austin!
Shane Austin seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
In defeat, Igor Rottwel stepped up to the mic, saying 'thank all'.
